Would you like to explore the experience of Sensual Embodiment and what that is for you and reclaim your sensuous nature?
Jayne Johnson, Rachael Hattersley and Matt Booth are delighted to be offering this co facilitated retreat from a Friday afternoon until Monday lunchtime, at the beautiful location of Drumwhill Home, Holiday and Retreat Centre, which is situated at the foot of magnificent Woodhall Loch on the edge of the Galloway Forest Park, which is a UNESCO designated Biosphere area for sustainable living.
As a team we each bring our own unique gifts to support you to move deeper into more unknown senses, like touch, smell, taste, and intuition.
There will space for people to sleep indoors in one of the nature themed rooms or bring a tent to sleep on the Earth. Jayne will guide us through Shamanic Journeying and outdoor Wild sensual explorations, as well as dancing for connection. Matt will lead us on silent walks through the Scottish countryside and Rachael will bring her own style of movement / yoga / energy based practices.
This retreat is fully residential and we will be living, cooking and exploring community through our senses. We will also, as a group, be co-creating a ritual/ceremony on the final evening.
Cost
The cost (including accommodation and all meals): £395Early bird: £350 by 31st December 2019.
There are a few places for people wishing to bring motor homes and camping, Cost for this including all meals: £350Early bird: £305 by 31st December 2019.
Stay longer: £35 B&B per night
